1. Account Responsibilities and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited. If we detect unauthorized account sharing, it will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

2. Educational Nature and Self-Paced Learning

  • Self-Guided and No Intervention: All courses on this platform are fully automated, asynchronous, and self-guided. Purchasing a course grants you access to pre-recorded videos, digital materials, and automated quizzes. It does not include 1-on-1 mentorship, live coaching, email support, or manual grading. The lack of direct creator intervention cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

  • No Formal Certification: The quizzes and assessments provided are for personal self-reflection and knowledge retention. We are not an accredited educational institution. Completing a course does not grant a legally recognized diploma, professional credential, or continuing education credits (CEUs).

  • Educational Purposes & No Guarantees: All personal development, mindset, and business courses are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Purchasing a course does not establish a coach-client or therapist-patient relationship. We make no guarantees regarding specific life outcomes, mental health improvements, or financial earnings. Your success depends entirely on your independent effort.

3. Purchases, Access, and Refunds

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

  • Course Access Duration and Formats

Access to purchased digital content, trainings, or masterclasses is strictly bound to the specific duration identified on the checkout page at the time of enrollment.

Fixed-Term Access (6-12 Months): For specialized or dynamic training modules that undergo regular, mandatory updates to remain compliant and accurate, access is granted for a fixed-term duration only. "Lifetime access" is explicitly invalid for these dynamic courses.

Lifetime Access: Where "Lifetime Access" is explicitly granted at checkout, it signifies uninterrupted access to the materials for as long as the Platform is commercially operational.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access nature of the digital content hosted on this platform, all sales are final.

By processing payment & checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm and agree that:

  • You have read and accept the Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.

  • You understand this digital content is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • You consent to receive immediate access to the digital content.

  • You acknowledge that by accessing, downloading, or streaming this content, you explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal, "cooling-off" period, or "change of mind" refund applicable under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property & Licenses

Users are granted the same limited, personal-use license for creator content. By uploading content, creators grant conflictology.space platform/conflictology.course brand name a license to host, display, and market the content.

  • Zero Tolerance for Piracy: Unauthorized downloading, screen recording, reselling, or sharing of any content on this platform will result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.

  • Creator Representations and Indemnification: By uploading content, creators represent and warrant that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish the material. Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless conflictology.space platform/conflictology.course brand name and its owners from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or expenses arising from allegations that their uploaded content violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. User-Generated Content & Conduct

Users and creators may not upload or post content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. We reserve the right to review, remove any content, or terminate any account at our sole discretion without prior notice if these guidelines are violated.

6. Copyright Infringement (Notice and Takedown)

We respect the intellectual property of others. Your notice must include proof of original ownership, your contact information, and the exact URL of the alleged infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, conflictology.space platform /conflictology.course brand name, owned by viileä consulting, and its independent creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, platform downtime, or reliance on any course content.

8. Modifications to Service and Pricing

Prices for our products and creator content are subject to change without notice; however, such price changes will not affect users who have already purchased or enrolled in a course. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If there are any disputes and/or differences between you (the user or creator) and conflictology.space platform /conflictology.course brand name arising out of these Terms or in connection with the platform, the parties shall exert their best efforts to settle them by informal negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or the digital content shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
